Pine wood

For the bed frames of our box spring beds, we use only torsion-resistant, slow-growing pine heartwood from certified, renewable stocks. The solid wood frame parts are not glued but screwed or nailed and tapped together. In this processing method, our frames are free of harmful substances, noiseless and extremely resilient.

Pure new wool

Sheep’s wool with silk content is used in the comfort overlay. To prevent matting, the wool contains a proportion of polyester fibres. Wool transports moisture and provides pleasant and natural warmth. The wool layer can settle with use and adapt to the shape of the body.

Latex

The latex we use complies with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and the euroLatex Eco Standard. Latex is a durable material with excellent elasticity and shape retention. The latex used in our box spring beds and comfort toppers feels very soft, but at the same time optimally supports the body. Due to the perforation, our latex is self-ventilating and regulates moisture. It is also very hygienic and has an antibacterial effect.

Barrel pocket springs

Our barrel pocket springs work independently for the best possible comfort in any sleeping position. The barrel-shaped springs taper on the top and bottom for extra point support for the body. Each barrel pocket spring enjoys pre-tension in its spring pockets. This makes them particularly responsive, durable and actively supports the body in every movement. The coil structure provides a relieving surface and a rising support effect to the core of the spring. Our barrel pocket springing always ensures a pleasant and balanced sleeping experience in our box spring beds, regardless of the respective lying position.

Bonnell springs

The classic spring system. A long-lasting, tried and tested spring system with a compact support effect. As the bottom springing in our box spring beds, the Bonnel springing supports the efficiency of our barrel pocket top springing and extends the spring travel for controlled absorption of the body contours.

SoftSurface suspension

The SoftSurface surface springing increases the progressive efficiency of our mattress springing. This means that, similar to a shock absorber, it works softly, sensitively and pressure-relievingly at first, but with an increasing support effect in the spring core. The springing is characterised by inviting softness, elasticity that supports the body combined with excellent pressure-relieving properties.
