In the hotel and at home: Grand comfort from Fennobed
In the hotel and at home: Grand comfort from Fennobed
In designing and furnishing the new exceptional Libertine Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany
the hoteliers are cooperating closely with the German-Finnish family-owned company
Fennobed. As with the group’s first very hip hotel, the Lindenberg,
the textiles and interior design bear the signature of the bed designers.
In February 2016, the Libertine Lindenberger Hotel was opened in Frankfurt’s Sachsenhausen district. It is not a hotel in the conventional sense, but sees itself as a house in which the guest community is lived and promoted in a special way. It is already the second hotel of this kind, after Haus Lindenberg in Frankfurt’s Ostend, which opened in 2012. To offer the highest level of restful and healthy night’s sleep, the hotel operator has equipped all rooms with high-quality box spring beds from the German-Finnish manufacturer Fennobed. For overnight guests, who would like to take the again won sleep experience most gladly directly home, there is now the exclusive
edition from Fennobed: the Libertine box spring bed.
Maximum sleeping comfort guaranteed
As soon as guests retire to their rooms, not only a relaxed but also a homey atmosphere awaits them there: each of the 27 rooms is lovingly designed and idiosyncratically furnished.
In order to guarantee its guests the highest level of sleeping comfort, the Libertine has decided to equip the bedrooms with box-spring beds from the German-Finnish manufacturer Fennobed. The family-owned company also advised the hoteliers on textile furnishings. This included the design and selection of hotel bedding, blankets and pillows. Fennobed developed an exciting color concept and ensured the very high-quality embroidery of the bed linen according to the hotel’s individual corporate identity specifications. The special feature, however, was the development of the hotel’s own Libertine box spring bed. This impresses with its custom-made and -designed headboards and its accessibility. Its core is made of solid and natural pine wood and overall ecologically certified materials. This makes the bed healthy, very durable and convincingly contributes to sustainability. The bed’s suspension adapts precisely to the individual stature of the guest and supports it in the best possible way.
Fennobed provided the hotel with expert support throughout the planning and implementation phase and also coordinated purchases via third-party suppliers.
Sleeping at home like in a hotel
„As different as the hotel guests are, so are the beds at Libertine, which vary multifaceted in their design. It is precisely the witty modular principle of our beds that allows for such incomparable design,“ emphasizes Andreas Lehnhoff, managing director and product designer at Fennobed. So there is the right bed for every guest. In the Libertine, everyone not only finds restful sleep to start the new day rested. He can even order his dream bed directly on the spot if he wants to take the pleasant Nordic sleeping feeling home with him. The exquisite bed, including accessories, can be ordered directly for around 5,000 euros.
